For this feature, you need to have at least the MYSTICAL rank.
Everyone can use elevators, but to create them you need to be MYSTICAL or higher.

Functionality
With elevators, you can create a teleportation system inside your base like this:

Tutorial
The system is quite simple. All you have to do is create a sign that says [x]. After creating your first sign, go to another level on the same X & Z level, just another Y level (press F3, line 10). Now you have to put another sign that also says [x]. That's it! Now you can use the elevator by right-clicking the sign to go up, and shift + right-click to get down.
